We help property managers and HOAs create clean, safe, and enjoyable spaces. We’ll assess your property (large or small) and recommend solutions to reduce or eliminate pet waste. For smaller properties or well-defined problem areas, we can often provide a quote without an on-site visit. We’re also happy to schedule a site visit if needed.

SERVICES START
After our site visit, we’ll create a free, customized pet waste management plan for your community. This plan will recommend dog waste station locations, the area needing manual cleaning, and the ideal service frequency to solve your dog waste problem. Our proposals offer several budget-friendly options. Once you choose one and sign, we’ll schedule your service. If dog waste stations are needed, we’ll handle the installation, including utility line location and supply ordering.

Our common area cleaning service removes pet waste and other litter that fits in our buckets. For properties with scheduled dog waste station maintenance, we empty the stations, replace bags, report any damage, and clean the surrounding 10 feet on each visit.
